After careful consideration, the Club is disappointed to announce that our Presentation Day, scheduled for Sunday 25 July, has been cancelled.


We are disappointed to announce that our 2021 Presentation Day, scheduled for this coming Sunday (25 July) at Burghfield Rec, has been cancelled.

There are currently a large number of players and parents either with Covid or isolating. After checking with the various Heads of Age it has become apparent that we would have a considerable number missing on Sunday.

Also, given the Willink School was closed last Friday, due to the high numbers of cases in the local area, we do not feel it would be appropriate to go ahead. Whilst we appreciate the event would be outside, the last thing we would want to do is put anyone at risk or be associated with spreading Covid further.

We will ensure Heads of Age receive the brochures and trophies and will ask them to do mini-presentations within their individual age groups when it is safe to do so and we are back to full attendance.

We can also confirm that our fundraising raffle, that was due to be drawn at Presentation Day, will now be extended by an extra week.

We are aware a number of members intended to purchase tickets in person on the day, so by allowing an extra week we believe this gives time for any additional tickets to be bought online through our club shop instead ahead of the draw.

The draw will now take place over the weekend 31 July - 1 August and streamed via our social media channels. More details of the draw will be announced once finalised in the coming days.
