With the cancellation of our summer tournament, we have taken a financial hit of around £12k that we would usually expect to come into the club. The committee have decided that we do not believe this cost should be passed on in the form of increased membership fees, however any support with fundraising will be hugely appreciated.
We have signed up to a great website, easyfundraising, to help generate more revenue. This requires very little effort but will be a real help to the club. When you shop online through easyfundraising, retailers will make a donation to us, at no additional costs to yourself.
All you need to do is sign up and remember to use easyfundraising whenever you shop online. It’s easy and completely FREE! These donations really mount up, so please sign up to support us HERE.
Over 4,000 shops and sites will donate to us, including big names such as eBay, John Lewis & Partners, Argos, ASOS, Expedia, M&S, Just Eat, Uswitch , Sainsburys and many more. This means you can raise donations for us no matter what you’re buying.
You will be surprised at how many retailers can support us that you probably already use.
Easyfundraising are currently offering one entry into a draw to win a £500 donation for the club for every supporter that signs up HERE before 14th July - so this is an ideal time to sign up to help support us.
There are no catches or hidden charges and we would be grateful for any support with earning donations for the club.
Keep an eye out for more fundraising initiatives from the club that we will be advertising in the coming weeks and months.
