
Mens
The Men’s First Team booked their place in the County Cup semi-finals with a convincing 4-1 victory over Great Missenden. Rhys Iremonger led the way with two goals, while Ibrahim Zaheed and Ollie Brown also found the net.
It was cup disappointment for the Men’s Saturday A’s, who exited the BTC Junior Cup at the quarter-final stage following a 3-1 defeat, with Jacob Foote scoring the goal.
The Men’s Sunday Firsts were beaten 7-1 by Give Back, with Lewis Thorrington on the scoresheet.
Ladies
The Ladies Reserves were beaten 2-0 away at Summertown Stars.
Youth
The U18s were edged out 1-0 by Redkore in a closely fought contest.
A positive morning for the U16s, with the U16 Tigers claiming a 3-1 win away at Spencers Wood Lions. The U16 Vipers also returned with three points after a 3-1 victory at Whitegrove & Warfield, thanks to goals from Aadi Shah, Joel Hawkins and Jack Tough.
The U15s were involved in a high-scoring encounter but fell to a 5-3 defeat against Westwood Wanderers.
At U14 level, the U14 Girls shared the points in an entertaining 3-3 draw with Maidenhead Boys & Girls Kestrels. The U14 Raiders were beaten 5-0 by Ascot United Aces, while the U14 Bears earned a 2-2 draw away at Spencers Wood Buzzards.
There were goals at U13, where the U13 Titans secured a 5-3 win away at Goring Robins Reds. The U13 Panthers were beaten 4-0 at Woodley Saints Harriers.
Rounding off the weekend, the U12 Ice came out on top in an internal fixture, recording a 2-1 win against the U12 Bluebirds.
Also playing in the BYFL this weekend were U11 Tornadoes, U11 Panthers, U11 Typhoons, U10 Tigers, U10 Panthers, U10 Jaguars, U10 Lions, U9 Bolts, U9 Warriors, U9 Bisons, U8 Falcons, U8 Hawks, U8 Eagles, U8 Kites, U7 Vipers, U7 Pythons and U7 Cobras.
