Victories for the Men's Reserves and Men's Sunday Firsts on a weekend that saw a reduced fixture list amongst our youth age groups.

The Men’s First Team were in TVPL Premier Division action on Saturday afternoon, facing Westwood Wanderers at the Rec. The visitors took the lead before goals from Lewis Butcher and Ollie Brown put us ahead. Unfortunately we were unable to hold onto the lead though as Westwood pulled a goal back as it finished all square at 2-2.

The Men’s Reserves returned to winning ways with a 7-1 victory over Cookham Dean at CSA on Saturday. A Samson Lace hat-trick, a brace from Lorenxo Medford and goals from Kartel Forde and Harry Peters saw us take all three points.

Also CSA on Saturday afternoon, the Men’s Saturday A’s hosted Wraysbury Development in TVPL Division Four. After going behind, Dom Lee drew us level, before the visitors retook the lead before the break. We finally got a deserved equaliser late in the second-half when Dom Lee capitalised on a poor kick from the Wraysbury goalkeeper as the points were shared in a 2-2 draw.

On Sunday afternoon The Ladies First Team travelled to Henwick Worthy Sports Ground to face Thatcham & Newbury Ladies in TVCWFL Division 3S. Despite a Nicole Anderson we were unable to take anything from the game as we were beaten 2-1.

The Ladies Reserves were in TVCWFL Development Division action at CSA on Sunday afternoon, unfortunately suffering a 5-0 defeat.

Our Men’s Sunday Firsts progressed to the BBFA Sunday Cup semi-finals, with a 1-0 victory against Pobbers at the Rec on Sunday morning. Jordan Cox first-half goal was enough to book our place in the next round.

The Men's Sunday A's hosted Zone RG at CSA on Sunday morning, suffering a disappointing 4-0 defeat in Reading Sunday League Division Two.

The Men's Sunday B's were also at CSA on Sunday morning, facing Woodley Saints Lowfield in Reading Sunday League Division Three. Scott Williamson was on the scoresheet for us, but the visitors took the points as we were beaten 4-1.

Our U18’s suffered a 1-0 defeat away at Spencers Wood Tornadoes in EBFA Division Two on Saturday morning.

The U17 Bears travelled away to Pangbourne Youth Falcons in EBFA Division Two on Saturday morning, taking all three points with an excellent 6-2 away victory.

A Bobby Breakenridge brace helped us take all three points as the U16's sealed a hard-fought victory over FC Bracknell in EBFA Division Five on Saturday.

The U15 Bisons hosted Eversley & California Youth Royals at Willink on Saturday morning. After a goalless first-half, the visitors took control with four goals in 15 minutes after the break, Risto Parsley pulled one back for us from the penalty spot, but Eversley added another late goal as we were defeated 5-1.

Also at Willink on Saturday morning our U15 Buffalos faced FC Bracknell Colts in EBFA Division Eight. After falling behind, Mac Adufo levelled the scores before the visitors added two quick goals just before half-time. Despite a hard-working performance we conceded twice more after the break as our depleted squad suffered a harsh 5-1 defeat.

The U13 Blues travelled away to Wargrave Wolves Black in EBFA Division Two on Saturday morning, finishing on the wrong end of a 3-1 scoreline.

The U13 Vipers were in EBFA Division Eight action on Saturday morning, hosting Twyford Comets at Mortimer West End. Olly Monkhouse put in a Player of the Match performance as we were unfortunately defeated 4-2.

The U12's hosted Finchampstead Phantoms at Willink on Saturday morning, suffering a 2-1 in EBFA Division Six.

Also in action on Saturday were our U11 Vipers, U11 Raiders, U10 Titans, U10 Panthers, U10 Jets, U10 Falcons, U9 Lions, U9 Bluebirds and U9 Ice.
