Plenty of goals on a busy weekend of action across the age groups.

Mens

A positive result for the First Team saw them secure a 2-1 win over AFC Winkfield, with goals from Chris Smalley-Ward and Rhys Iremonger.

The Saturday Reserves also recorded a 2-1 victory against Reading YMCA Rapids, with Lewis Thorrington scoring both goals.

It was a tough afternoon for the Saturday A’s, who were beaten 5-1 by Taplow United, with Calum Ramsden on the scoresheet.

The Sunday Reserves produced a solid display to win 2-0 against Goring United, with goals from Elliott Malcolm and Ethan Smith.

A high-scoring game for the Sunday B’s saw them fall to a 6-4 defeat against HKRG United. Zac Payne scored a hat-trick, while Harry Wilkinson added the fourth.

Ladies

The Ladies First Team were narrowly beaten 2-1 by Beaconsfield Town Women 2nds, with Ava Sims scoring the goal.

Youth

The U18s were narrowly beaten 3-2 by Woodley Wanderers, with goals from Jack Burns and Nick Ardern.

A positive result for the U17 Tridents, who secured a 2-1 win over Pangbourne Piranhas.

Mixed results followed at U16 level. The U16 Girls were beaten 2-1 by Marlow United, with Ciara Slevin scoring. The U16 Tigers also lost 2-1 away at AFC Henley Hotspur, with Sam Thompson on the scoresheet, while the U16 Vipers were beaten 4-0 by Marlow Youth Oaks.

The U15s were beaten 6-2 away at Caversham Trents Whites.

It was a challenging set of fixtures at U14 level. The U14 Colts were beaten 6-1 by Wargrave Wolves Blacks, and the U14 Raiders lost 9-4 away at AFC Henley Hornets. The U14 Bears provided a positive result with a 2-1 win over Hawley Colts.

A strong performance from the U13 Titans saw them record a 6-0 win away at Finchampstead Phoenix. The U13 Panthers were beaten 6-4 at FC Bracknell Royals, while the U13 Raptors lost 1-0 to Maidenhead B&G Hawks. The U13 Warriors shared the points in a 2-2 draw at Hearts of Teddlothian.

The U12 Bluebirds were narrowly beaten 3-2 by Finchampstead Falcons.

Also playing in the BYFL this weekend were U11 Tornadoes, U11 Hurricanes, U11 Typhoons, U10 Tigers, U10 Panthers, U10 Jaguars, U10 Lions, U9 Bolts, U9 Warriors, U9 Bisons, U8 Hawks, U8 Falcons, U8 Eagles, U8 Kites, U7 Vipers, U7 Pythons and U7 Cobras.
